Why do I need to create an Account?

By creating a SECURE account with It Starts With Me you will be able to register for your company sponsored health screenings year after year.  You will also be able to access your account at any time to change or update personal information or screening registration times and to view and sign-up for additional lab tests.

 

Why do you need my email address?

 A confirmation email and information regarding your health screening will be sent to your email address when you have completed your registration.  We will NEVER sell or distribute your email address to anyone.

 

 

What is my company code?

The company code gives you access to your company's registration site.  If you do not know your company code, please call our help center at 1-866-932-6467 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm MST or email us.

 

What do I do if I forgot my user name?

If you forgot your username, please use the options available on the login page to retrieve your information.  Our help center is available at 1-866-932-6467 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm MST.

How do I register my spouse?

The registration system requires each individual to have his/her own account. If you are trying to register a second person, make sure you are logged out of your account and go to "Create My Account" to create a new account for this person. This will require a unique email address (one not used by any other account). If the person you are trying to register does not have a unique email address, please contact our help center at 1-866-932-6467 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm MST.

 

How long will it take to receive the results from my health screening?

Your biometric results will be sent home with you the day of your screening. Lab test results will be mailed to you 8 - 10 business days following your health screening. If you do not receive your results within this time frame please contact our help center at 1-866-932-6467 between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MST.

 

If I need help understanding my blood test results, what should I do?

When you receive your lab results in the mail, it is important that you review them carefully.  For specific information regarding your lab results and what they mean, we strongly recommend that you take your results to a medical provider for a complete follow-up.  For a more general understanding of your results, visit our Understanding Test Results link.

 

Is It Starts With Me HIPAA compliant?

Yes.  It Starts With Me follows all rules and regulations outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
